Abstract Background Since the introduction of HPV vaccines, several studies have been conducted in different countries to assess HPV knowledge and vaccine acceptance. Methods A systematic literature review was conducted for studies published between January 1st and December 31st Results Seventy non-interventional studies performed in 16 European countries met the inclusion criteria. Conclusion HPV knowledge and vaccine acceptance are still modest and vary widely between studies across EU countries.
Background Human papillomavirus [HPV] infection is one of the major causes of infection-related Gel Papillor worldwide and is the causal factor in other diseases such as genital warts or recurrent respiratory papillomatosis [ 1 ].
Following PICOTS, we defined the following criteria for study selection: Population: only studies performed in parents of children of any age under 19 years or an adolescent population defined as individuals aged 9—18 years old living in a European country where HPV vaccines were licensed were included. Materials and Methods: We conducted an observational cross-sectional survey, which was comprised of descriptive, analytical, and qualitative elements regarding VH. The necessary sample size was individuals.
